We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from phodlarnquezrion. If you are not happy with your handmade fabric bag or accessory, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This policy complies with consumer protection laws in the United States.
Important: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return. Custom-made items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
To initiate a return, please contact us at question@phodlarnquezrion.world or through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
